Dispatch and delivery

15-day returns
Request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Bottles must be unused and unopened, with the seal intact and in the original packaging. We arrange a free courier pickup once your return is approved, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email a clear photo to care@alfardoluxury.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, even if the bottle has been opened. We recommend recording an unboxing video if the outer box looks damaged.

- Apply to pulse points: wrists, the base of the neck and behind the ears.
- Let it dry naturally. Rubbing breaks down the top notes.
- Scent lasts longer on moisturised skin, so apply an unscented lotion first.
- The 30ml bottle fits a pocket or clutch, so top up whenever you like.
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Keep the cap on when not in use.
- Best used within 36 months of manufacture.

Eau De Parfum is a higher concentration than a body mist, so it wears through the day on most skin. Because the bottle fits in a pocket, you can top up whenever you like.
